The decoration is complemented by our comfortable beds, pillows, and high-quality sheets (made in Portugal), to ensure the maximum comfort of all our guests. Other small details like fresh local bread delivered to your door every morning, organic amenities, and a wide range of equipment for babies and kids ensure our villas are your second home in Cascais.

At Sea’Ya we promote authentic and local experiences, which is why we offer a guide of leisure suggestions to enjoy and explore the region as a local and several complementary activities (surfing, climbing, kitesurfing, SUP, and others).

Our villas are just 30 km from the airport, 5 minutes to downtown Cascais, and 15 minutes to Sintra.

WHAT DO OUR GUESTS SAY

We loved our stay in this elegant, warm, and comfortable vacation home. It's a pleasant walk to the beach while enjoying views of the Cascais coast and Sintra mountains. A small local supermarket for necessities is just around the corner and don't forget to eat at the local restaurant, Lagarica! And for all other suggestions or help, Antonio and Maria are on hand, perfect hospitality!

Antonio went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed a fun and relaxing break. Everything about Sea'ya was of a very high standard. We received an exceptional. level of service. After many years of Air BNB rentals, this one definitely rates as one of the best.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The villas are super organized, clean, and comfortable. We have the impression that we are staying in a hotel.. Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed at. Thanks to antonio for his sympathy and availability. Thank you again for this amazing stay!
