We are a family of four – António, Maria, and our kids Francisco and Manuel – who love to travel meet new people, and are passionate about Cascais.

António built his career working in sales & marketing for multinational companies and Maria is still a PR Manager for several national and multinational companies. We both decided to change our lives and create the Sea’Ya brand to provide special moments and experiences to all our guests. We do our best to go far beyond the normal tourism accommodation, providing comfort, daily monitoring, and a complementary offer of services that have come to surprise and retain guests.

We love surfing, skateboarding, long walks along the coast, food, and wine.

Sea'Ya is the ideal option for families traveling to Cascais.

Ever since we became parents, and after traveling a lot, we asked ourselves why, when we go on a family vacation, we need to carry the “entire house on our backs”? And why all the “family-oriented” places were not stylish or comfortable?

Hence, we decided that our project would be as child friendly as possible. Our local partner 100% bébe, one of the best-known childcare stores, curated everything we would need for Sea'Ya, and today we partner with some of the most renowned brands internationally - Bebé Confort, Philips Avent, Shnuggle, Minikoioi, and Safety First – to ensure that our guests have at their disposal the best and safest products on the market.

Feeding highchair, Baby rocking chair, Crib for babies up to 9 months, Travel bed, Stroller, Bathtub, Baby monitor with Color Camera, Stair bars and bed bars (Safety First), toys and board games for the whole family are just some of the items you can count on at Sea’Ya, free of charge.
